5 rounds for time 10 Hang Snatch (95/65) 12 box jumps (24/20) 10 Pull ups 12 Sumo deadlift high pull (95/65) 200m Run


This workout will be performed chase style. Partner B cannot move on to the next movement until Partner A is finished his/her reps per movement
