Upon stepping into our vibrant Open Box gym, your journey starts with a free, 30-minute, personal consultation—known as a No Sweat Intro—with our Head Coach. During this 30-minutes, will listen to your fitness aspirations, discuss our programs and services available, tour the facility, and answer any questions you may have.
Based on your goals and aspirations discussed in the No Sweat Intro, we will work collaboratively with you to help you select your best route to wellness at Blind Side Strength. We offer two main paths—our Group Training Program & Personal Training. Our Group Training Program offers community accountability, cost-efficiency, and daily variety & energy. Our Personal Training program offers direct accountability, flexible scheduling, and customized programming. Personal training is an ideal option for individuals new to strength training, specific goals, injury prevention, and privacy.
