Joining us for a drop-in session is easy! Just check our class schedule, pick a convenient time, and show up ready to sweat. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the workout, ensuring a safe and effective session that's suited for all fitness levels.
New to functional fitness, strength training, and metabolic conditioning? We highly recommending booking a No Sweat Intro (30-minute Free Consultation) with us prior to booking a class. Drop-Ins are NOT recommended to those who have no prior history of weight lifting, strength training, or functional fitness.
Our classes are designed to be scalable, meaning you can adjust the intensity based on your capabilities. However, we do recommend some basic fitness background to fully enjoy the session and get the most out of your workout
