After moving back to the Philly area, Ben was searching for a new physical challenge. He walked into a gym in Bridgeport, signed up, and discovered something he was terrible at. Never one to accept being bad at something, he returned again and again, determined to improve.
Two years later, his coach asked if he was interested in coaching classes. At first, Ben thought she’d lost her mind. Five years and countless classes later, coaching in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, Ben discovered a passion he never knew he had.
Ben’s goal as a coach is to make the hour-long class the best part of your day, share his love for functional fitness, and help others achieve their personal goals in health and fitness. He thrives on setting and reaching goals, so if you join one of his classes, be prepared to set a few of your own!
