  • For Time (with a Partner)

  • 2000 meter Row

  • 4 rounds of: 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Weighted Situps

  • 50 Toes-to-Bar

  • 4 rounds of: 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Weighted Situps

  • 50 Push Press (95/65)

  • 4 rounds of: 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Weighted Situps

  • 50 KBS (70/55)(55/35)

  • 4 rounds of; 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Weighted Situps

  • 2000 meter Row

Partners split reps except during the rounds of 4 where partners switch after each full round.
