Conditioning: 5 rounds for time 10 Push Press (95/65) 12 Box jumps (24/20) 14 Sumo deadlift high pull (95/65) 12 Burpees 10 HSPU/Kneel and Press

This workout will be performed chase style. The second partner cannot move on to the next movement until the one before is finished.
