YOU WILL RUN TOGHETHER IF ITS NOT RAINING: IF IT IS RAINING, YOU WILL ROW AND SPLIT THE ROW evenly

Partners will alternate rounds of Cindy

Cindy = 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Air Squats
