30 minute EMOM Min 1: 5 burpees + 5 power snatches (125/85)(115/75)95/65) Min 2: Partner A + B switch movements Min 3: 10 Box Jumps + 10 Push Press Min 4: Partner A + B switch movements Min 5: 8 push ups + 8 hang Power cleans

Min 6: Partner A + B switch movements

Sequence is as follows: Min 1: Partner 1 does 5 burpees, partner 2 does 5 snatches. Min 2: Partner 1 does 5 snatches, patner 2 does 5 burpees Min 3: Partner 1 does 10 Box Jumps, Partner 2 does 10 Push Press Min 4: Partner 1 does 10 Push Press, Partner 2 does 10 Box Jumps
