Warm up: DOUBLE UNDER PRACITE: SEE BELOW AND KEEPFOR FUTURE REF:

  • Keep body long and tall....rebound off toes

  • 3 Singles x 1 Double....continue that sequence until you accumulate 25 single double unders in a row

  • If and when you can complete that, move on to:

  • 2 Singles x 1 Double....continue that sequence until you accumulate 25 single double unders in a row

  • If and when you can complete that, move on to:

  • 1 Single x 1 double...continue that sequence until you accumulate 25 single double unders in a row

  • Then do controlled stop Double Unders. Start with 2 doubles and stop.....move to 3 doubles and stop....go as far up in numbers until you break form or slip up.

  • Then move onto practicing consecutive Double Unders

  • IF YOU HAVE DUBS: Practice on doing as many unbroken as you can
