HSPU/Kneel and press


2min Rest 

You go I go: 10-1 ladder

1-10 Power Snatches (95/65)

10-1 Pullups/Ring Row

200M Run (run together)


Partner A will do 1 Power snacth. Then Partner B will do 1 power snatch. Partner A will do 10 pull ups. Partner B will do 10 Pull ups. THEN both partners will run 200m tothether. Work this way until you get to 10 Power snacthes and 10 Pull ups
