-Pullups / Ring Rows

-Sit-ups

-Air Squats


"You go, I go" style...Partner 1 performs 15 reps of burpees, sit-ups, and air squats, then partner 2 does the same. Once both partners complete the round of 15, only then can you move onto the round of 14.
