-3 DB Deadlifts (50/35) (35/25)

-6 DB Hang Power Cleans

-9 V-Ups


*Partners have to work their way up to 200 Calories on the Rower or Bike—every two minutes, both partners complete 3 DB deadlifts, 6 DB Power cleans, and 9 V-ups.*
