  • KB Stiff leg Deadlifts

  • Standing Abductor Raise (10 per Leg)

  • Straight leg crossover x 5 each leg


Strength: Deadlift 4 x 8@ 70%


Conditioning: 16 min AMRAP

15 KBS (70/55)(55/35)

20 Back Rack Step Ups (10 per leg) (95/65)(75/55)

200 Meter Run / RX + 400m
