Strength: Back Squats 4x8 @65-70%


Conditioning: FOR TIME:

100 Air Squats

30 Deadlifts (255/165)(225/155)(205/135)

60 Alternating Dumbbell Step Up & Overs (50/35)(40/25)

30 Deadlifts

100 Air Squat


*Choose a weight on the deadlifts that allows you to do the 30 reps in 2-3 sets. You should be able to do 10-15 at a time without needing to rest.
