Barbell weight: Take 90% of 1rm Back Squat, then use 73% of that #


Conditioning: Every 3 Minutes for 18 Minutes

7 Deadlift (225/155)(185/135)(155/115)

200 Meter Run

7 Deadlift

You will rest the remainder of the time it take you to complete until the next 3 min comes along
