Max Testing week is next week (02/17/2025 - 02/21/2025), the goal for this week is to move heavy weight with good technique in preparation for Max testing.
Strength: Leg Day (15-minutes)
1A. Back Squat 3x5 @ 8-9RPE
1B. KB Deadlifts 3x5 @ 8-9RPE
Leg Finisher: DB Lateral Lunges 2x6ea @ 5-6RPE
Conditioning: 15-minute AMRAP
-10 Barbell Back Rack Lunges (115/95) (85/65)
-15 Push Ups
-30 Shoulder Taps
