1A. Front Squats 5x5 @ 80%

1B. KB Deadlifts 5x7 @ 8RPE


Conditioning: For Time (20-minute cap)

7 Rounds

-6 Power Snatches (95/65)

-12 Overhead Squats OR scale to Front Squats (95/65)

-4 Strict Pullups OR 12 Ring Rows (noooo kipping pullups today!! use a band or two of you need to!)
