Skill Work - EMOM x 10

Choose any skill you’d like to work on (double under, toes to bar, HSPUs, wall walks, pull ups, muscle ups, etc)


Aim for a number of reps you’d like to attempt/achieve every minute of the EMOM.


Conditioning

20 AMRAP

-400m Run

-30 sit-ups

-20 air squats

-10 pushups
