15-minute AMRAP
-3 lateral burpees over dumbbells
-3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads (50/35) (35/20)
-30-feet (2x 15 feet) walking lunges
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
2-minute REST
PARTNER WOD: AMRAP (with a Partner) in 20 minutes:
Partner 1: 200 meter Run
Partner 2: Accumulate max Wall Balls (20/14) (14/10)
Switch after Partner 1 returns from the Run.
