Min 1: 40 Double Unders or DB Hop Overs (Rx = 50 Dubs)

Min 2: 25 KBS

Min 3: 15 Push Press (115/75)(95/65)

*scale reps accordingly so that you have 10-15 seconds rest before the top of the next minute
