Practice makes progress! In this skill session, choose any skill you'd like to work on (Double Unders, Toes 2 Bar, HSPU, Wall Walks, Pull Ups, Muscle Ups, etc.)


In this E2MOM, aim for a number of reps you'd like to attempt/achieve within the 2-minute intervals.


Conditioning:

20 AMRAP

-400m Farmers Carry

-30 Slamballs

-20 Sit ups

-10 HSPUs / Stinkbugs / Hand Release Pushups
