Clean Doubles

Add weight each new minute until you find a 1RM, once you find 1RM, keep decreasing your weight each new minute to finish out the EMOM


Conditioning: AMRAP 16-minutes

-10 alternating DB snatches (45/35) (30/25)

-18 Air Squats

-10 pull ups / ring rows
