Squat Snatch Doubles (VIDEO)

Add weight each new minute until you find a 1RM, once you find 1RM, keep decreasing your weight each new minute to finish out the EMOM


Conditioning: EMOM (20-minutes)

-ODD: Row 15/12 cals
