Strength: 12-minute EMOM

-1 Clean

-1 Front Squat

-1 Split Jerk (VIDEO)

Continue to add weight until you feel you are at a 6-7RPE, then work at that weight for the remainder of the EMOM


Conditioning: For Time (20-minute cap)

7 Rounds

-7 KB Goblet Squats (50/35) (45/25)

-14 Toes to Bar OR Knees to Chest
