-1 Snatch Balance

-2 OH Squats

continue to add weight until you feel you are at a 7-8RPE, then work at that weight for the remainder of the EMOM


Conditioning: For Time (25-minute clock)

13-11-9-7-5

Push Up + Renegade Row (50s/35s)

-50ft Single Dumbbell Walking Lunges (50/35) after each set of Push Ups + Renegade Row-

(50ft = white board by TV to the carpet at the front and vice versa)
