Strength: Back Squat 5x5 (15min)

warm up as you go. get 5 good working sets in

3 of the sets should be good heavy working sets

(if going heavy is not for you.....stay at the same weight that is challenging for all 5 sets

Conditioning:

12min Amrap

200m Run

15 Deadlifts (185/155)(165/135)

15 Slam Balls

Its nice out...getting our runs in while we still can!

Choose a weight on DL's you can break up in to sets
