Rear delt row or Tbar Row 3x10

Conditioning:

4 Rds

40 Dubs

24 Wall Balls

12 Plank tabs up and over a plate

**Plank taps are similar to shoulder taps except you will be in a plank position and tap both hands up and over the plate to the opposite side...them up and over to the other side for a total of 12. Men will use a 45lb plate....ladies will use a 25lb plate
