Strength: Bench Press (Take 90% of 1RM)

1x8 @ 65

1x8 @ 70

1x8 @ 75

1x8 @ 80

Superset:

Tricep ext: 3x12

Barbell Bicep curls 3x12

4 Rounds 40 Double Unders (Rx+60 dubs) 20 Toes to Bar 20 Push Press (115/75)(95/65)

The goal for this WOD is to go pretty close to unbroken or break up in only 2 sets per movement with each round: Goal time for each round is about 3-4 min

If you are resting too much, using to heavy of a weight and breaking too much you lose the point of the workout. Choose a weight/movement you can do 10 unbroken
