Conditioning:

For Time: Parnters split reps evenly

  • 40 Hang Power Cleans (125/85) (115/75 lbs)

  • 100 Dubs

  • 40 HSPU

  • 100 Dubs

  • 40 Slam Balls

  • 100 Dubs

  • 40 Box Jumps

BUT here is the deal! Both partners will stop and perform 4 Synchronized Burpees EMOM..........so the WOD will start with both partners doing 4 Burpees at the start of 0:00. At min 1..both partners stop and do 4 burpees then continue where they left off.
