12 Min Emom 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 2 OHS

(increase weight as you go )

Conditioning:

Death by Power Clean (135/95)

Increase reps each min.....

1 Power Clean

2 Power Clean

3 Power Clean

4 Power Clean

when you can no longer complete the number of reps in that min, that is your score.

If you wish to continue...rest one min and then start back at 1.
