1x4 @ 85

1x4 @ 90 %

Conditioning:

15 Min EMOM Every Minute on the Minute for 15 Minutes 3 Snatch Grip Deadlift (RX+115/75)(Rx 95/65) 3 Hang Power Snatch 3 OHS All 9 reps will be performed in each min. All Reps should be done unbroken as a complex
