1x10 @ 60%

1x8 @ 70%

1x6 @ 75 %

1x4 @ 80% + Max Effort Set

Conditioning: (22min time cap)

4 Rounds ( goal: Each Round is to Be Performed as Fast as Possible) 20 Weighted Step Ups (35/25) (24/20) 20 Devil Press RX + for this WOD: ( Go Faster! Haha) Goal: 4-5 Minutes or less Per Round Goal of this wod: Go faster. Not heavier. If the first round takes you longer than 4:30. Go lighter.
