Hollow To Arch ROlls: 3 x 10 (5 per side) (2rolls per side = 1)

Strength: 15 min to find 1 rm Push Jerk or Split Jerk

Conditioning:

4 rds ((16min total including rest)

Each Round is a 3 Min AMRAP

*3min Amrap 6 Hang Clean and Jerks (115/75)(95/65rx) 6 Chest to bar pull ups Rest 1 Min Between Rounds Score= Total REPS at the end of all 4 AMRAPS
