WOD is To be completed like the song..... First you do a 1 SDHP. Then 2 Front Squats and 1 HSPU. Then 3 Thrusters, 2 Front Squats, 1 HSPU....etc. When working with a partner. Partner A does 1 SDHP, then Partner B does 1 SDHP. Partner A then does 2 Thrusters, Partner B does 2 Thrusters, Partner A then does 1 SDHP, Partner B does 1 SDHP....then 3,3 2,2, 1,1 Then 4,4 3,3,2,2,1,1.......

1. Sumo Deadlift High Pull (155/105) (135/95)

2. Thrusters (155/105)

3. Front Squats

4. Hang Power Clean

5. T2B

6. Deadlifts

7. Push ups

8. Box Jumps

9. Slam Balls

10. Burpees

11. Pull Ups

12. Shoulder to Over Head
