In teams of 2, with a 35-minute running clock:

42-30-18 reps of (21-15-9 each person) KBS (70/53) Hang Snatches (95/65)

At 10:00: 42-30-18 reps of Thrusters (95/65) HSPU

At 20:00 42-30-18 reps of Box jumps Sdhp (95/65)

At 30min

Max reps of planking burpees for 5 min
