Strength: Close Grip Bench Press (90%)

1x8@ 65%

1x8 @ 70 %

1x8 @ 75%

1x8 @80 %

Tricep work 3x10

DB Rows 3x10

Conditioning:

6 Rounds: 4 Squat Clean (Rx+155/115) (Rx 135/95) 12 KBS (70/55) (55/35) 12 Toes to Bar

Workout MUST be finished under time cap for the workout to count torwards RX points.
