2b) DB Alernating Bicep Curls S/S with DB Hammer curls 3x12 (each arm)

Conditioning: (15min Cap) 4 Rounds 60 Double Unders 30 Wall Balls (20/14) 15 Push Press (115/75) (Rx+ 135/95)

*Dubs..dont waste all your time trying to do 60 dubs....cut it down to 30 if you are not great at them or sub Penguin Jumps
