Conditioning:

12 Min Amrap 5 Man Makers 10 Pull Ups RX Men: 30-35 Rx+ 40-50lb DB RX Women: 15-20 RX+ 25-30lb DB Man Maker = Burpee Push Up Row Row Squat Clean Choose a weight that you can keep a constant pace and move with.
