Wod-"Opens Prep wod 1" 0-5minutes AMRAP 5 Burpees 10 Russian Kb Swings (70-55) Heavy 20 Double Unders 3 Minute Rest 8-18 EMOM 7 T2B (Scale - Kipping knee 2 elbow) 5 Dumbbell Thrusters Single Arm Alt rounds with arms, ex. Minute 2- right arm, minute 3- left a rm.... Rx + two Dumbbells 45-35 2 minutes rest 20-25 AMRAP 10 Plate to Overhead (45-25) G2Oh (click on link)

20 Jumping Split Lunges (L+R=1 rep) If we have enough Dbells or KBS for the thrusters, do 5 total thrusters. If only one, alternate rounds with arms. Example round 1, 5 thrusters on right arm. Round 2, 5 Thrusters on left
