2) Bent over Barbell Row 4x10 S/S Tricep extensions 4x10

Conditioning:

14 Min EMOM Min 1 - 10 Bar Facing Burpees (Scale: 8 Burpees) Min 2 - 3 Position Squat Clean (scale with power clean)

High Hang - Above Knee - Ground

*Increase weight on each Squat clean

*Score is highest weight used during EMOM This is meant to work heavier weight and/or solid technique.
