Strength/Skill Farmer Carry

1 Laps Farmers Carry 70/45 

X3 rounds

1 Lap Pinch Grip Carry. 45/25 plates one plate in each hand 

X2 Rounds

50 Dubs

1 Lap Hor D'oeuvre hold 25/10 ( hold plates with open palm 90 degree angle and walk)

Conditioning: 5 Rounds- 20 Minutes

15 box jump over 24/20

12 thruster 105/75

9 Burpee to plate (stand on plate for full extension

****4 minutes to complete each round, if you finish under 4 rest till next 4 minute interval hits. If you don't finish, restart with box jumps again.
