strict press + 1 push press + push jerk.(increase weight)
Conditioning:
10 rounds for time.
-10 kb box step ups (bell locked out overhead while stepping on box. 5 right hand, 5 left),
10 sumo deadlift high pull with same KBbell,
-10 American kb swings,
-10 goblet squats,
-10 burpees.
*Goal is to not drop the kb.
