200 m. Farmers carry (#55/35)

20 Kb burpee (must stand w/ bells)

20 alt. Hang kb or DB snatch

MIN 10-20 (EMOM)

5 T2B

10 air squats

Min 20-30 (for time)

4 pinch grip plate walks (up and back in gym w/ #25/10. Thumbs not allowed)

20 OH plate lunges (45/25)

20 box jumps
